Red Clover sprouts compliment light meals at any time of the year. The mild spicy taste gives a distinctive flavour to oriental dishes, salads, vegetables & sandwiches or just by itself. Red Clover sprouts are an excellent source of essential nutrients and contribute to healthy, balanced nutrition.

Red Clover sprouts contain vitamins A, B, C, E, K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Potassium and Zinc.

How to use Red Clover seeds for sprouting

Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak seeds for 12 hours. 

For best results sow seeds thinly.

Germination time may vary with temperature. 

Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoons of seeds.

Temperature: 18 – 20°C.

Rinse: 2-3 times.

Ready to eat: After approximately 5 to 6 days.

Ingredients: Organically grown Red Clover seeds.
