BROCCOLI SPROUTS 

Broccoli sprouts compliment light meals at any time of the year. The mild flavour and crunch are packed with antioxidants which give a distinct flavour to almost any dish. Broccoli sprouts are an excellent source of essential nutrients and contribute to healthy, balanced nutrition.

Broccoli sprouts contain vitamins A, B, C, E, K, as well as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Potassium, Zinc and Chlorophyll.

How to use Broccoli seeds for sprouting

Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak seeds for 4-6 hours. Broccoli is a cool weather sprout so if grown in hot humid conditions add a 3rd rinse daily or wait for cooler conditions. 

For best results sow seeds thinly.

Germination time may vary with temperature. 

Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoons of seeds.

Temperature: 18 – 20°C.

Rinse: 2-3 times.

Ready to eat: After approximately 3 to 6 days.

Ingredients: Organically grown Broccoli seeds.
