Everyone from children to the elderly, can safely benefit from drinking Probioform. That means your entire family can soon enjoy improved digestion. Daily dosing of Probioform is primarily based on your body weight.


Regular dosing: 1 to 2 tbs mixed with water twice daily (morning and evening).

Important: If you have an inflammatory condition like IBS, Chron’s, Ulcerative Colitis it is imperative that you start with a smaller dose and gradually build up your dose. Start with a few drops to a teaspoon daily. If you get a “die-off” reaction lower your dose. 



Start with 1 tbs with water two-three times per day and increase with 1 tbs every second day until your constipation is gone. High dose is 12 tablespoons per day (most people never reach this dose). After your constipation is gone gradually go back to regular dosing (1-2 tbs twice per day) and use that as a daily dose.


Pregnant or nursing

1 tablespoon mixed with water twice daily (morning and evening).


Athletes and high-performance people

1 to 2 tbs mixed with water or protein shake twice daily (morning and evening).


Youth (ages 13-18 years old)

Start with 1 tablespoon mixed with water twice daily (morning and evening) depending on their weight.


Children (aged from 4 years)

Start with ½ to 1 teaspoon mixed with water twice daily (morning and evening) depending on their weight.

Below are some examples of how you can use Probioform:

Probiotic drink

Mix 1 tablespoon in a glass of water or juice, morning and evening. Since it’s slightly acidic kids can use 1 teaspoon or less for their daily probiotic drink.


Start a fermentation

To start a vegetable fermentation (sauerkraut, kimchi etc.): Use 2 tablespoons. Remove sugar and add a broader spectrum of probiotics

To start a probiotic drink (kombucha or water kefir): On the last day of the fermentation, add 1 tablespoon per litre of liquid and let it ferment for another 24 hours. This will help remove some of the remaining sugars and infuse a broad spectrum of probiotics, enzymes, minerals, B vitamins and vitamin K to your fermentation.
